The cabinets will be quatersawn oak with recessed flat panel doors and slab drawer fronts. Countertops will be oak butcherblock. This Kenebec butler's pantry is one of the inspirations for the design.

We have an odd-shaped lot with a streets in front and behind the house. The streets intersect just beyond the house making our lot V-shaped. There is no backyard and very little front yard. Luckily, there is a bit of lawn and gardens beyond the garage.
