Green Beans


I've been wanting to make this dressed up green bean dish 
since I came up with the recipe for a friend's wedding dinner. 


Ingredients (L-R) dill weed, onion, mushroom 
(still using up that good buy), 
black pepper, green pepper, sea salt, butter.


The only change to the original dish is a minor one: 
 green pepper rather than red pepper.
 It is a nicer presentation with red pepper.

Combine cooked green beans with sauce and serve.


 
The dish was nice for catering.
The sauce and green beans can be made separately, 
combined and warmed when ready to serve.
